**UPDATED 1/2/09: The “Welcome 2009” design became largely useless after the New Year, so it’s been updated for possible use next December.**

    As 2008 comes to a close, our attention turns to New Year’s Eve and the hoped-for promise of 2009. So here’s an appropriate design for any New Year’s party. You’ll need a 40”x20”x4-5” slab, along with another smaller slab (approx. 20-25”x10”x4”) for the base.
