Before a big buffet day, like Thanksgiving or Mother’s Day, it’s not uncommon to get a last minute order or two from clients that found a little extra money in their budget and want to add ice sculptures to their presentation. This year, a client wanted a couple of small pieces that simply said “Happy Thanksgiving!” and this was the design that I used. Obviously, it won’t help you this year, but maybe next year.
