ice carving secrets: 2004 World Ice Art Championships video
ice carving secrets: 2004 World Ice Art Championships video
A few of the top ice sculptures from the 2004 World Ice Art Championships in Fairbanks, Alaska. The top 3 sculptures from the multiblock realistic category are shown as well as the top multiblock abstract sculpture.
This was my first opportunity to be around some of the world’s most fantastic ice sculptures, and it was worth the trip! Keep an eye out for the miniature furniture inside the “Dragon Boat” and the photographer’s camera and hands near the Michelangelo piece (Patrick Endres and/or his assistant). Check out www.icealaska.com for more about this fantastic annual event!
